Job Responsibilities for the Clinical Laboratory Scientist Perform testing in chemical, microscopic, microbiological, blood bank, hematological, and serological to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and quality control Collaborate with healthcare teams to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment Maintain a thorough understanding of laboratory safety protocols and infection control measures Qualifications Valid CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) license.
